![]() Ah yes, as Ronald Reagan once said, "Facts Are Stubborn Things" and with another win by Sue’s Stormy this weekend over a sloppy Canterbury track, Stormy Business continues to maintain his lead among all active sires in Minnesota Bred winners and earnings over the last two racing seasons. Minnesota racing is a little different but some folks just don't realize it. To be a successful sire of MN breds, they must produce foals that can go short and long, run when young to take advantage of 2 and 3 year old age restrictions, run in all weather conditions and run on the Canterbury turf course. Stormy Business is one of those few sires whose foals have won races in every one of those variable distance, age advantaged and surface conditions! Stormy Business is also one of the few MN bred leading sires who actually stands for breeding in the state of Minnesota! We have Stormy, our yearlings and broodmares in foal to Stormy at the Osborne Farm in Cambridge. Anyone is welcome to consider a private purchase or talk about breeding to Stormy, by contacting Joyce or Rick Osborne at 763-689-3661.
